  1. Stock inventory are controlled by the purchasing, store requisition, stock issue, and other Department consumption. Stock card, inventory balance, Stock Value. Control Food consumption for restaurant and other outlet.
    Financial controls for Account Receivable, Account Payable; Produce financial reports Official Journal, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Supplier/Customer Ageing reports, and manage Bank reconciliation. Inventory cost center for each department.
